How to present NameCheck results to users

NameCheck Version

This page relates to the version of NameCheck API which includes Confirmation of Payee (launched October 2026).

The below examples illustrate how NameCheck results could be presented to users to help them identify potential errors and reduce the risk of scams or mistaken payments.

Supporting layout and surrounding UI may vary depending on use cases, provided the intent and prominence of the messaging is preserved.

Note: Customers will be asked to provide their CX flow for review and approval as a business requirement for go-live.
